5:00 PM Hotel pickup by our local guide; take an electric buggy transfer to a starting place, and then you will try the first local dishes here. They will be Bánh Bèo and Bánh Nậm, which are made from rice, pork, and shrimp.
5:30 Take a walk to a local popular Banh Mi place, where you will try one with a lot of fillings, such as pork, pate paste, salad, cucumber, etc.
6:00 Try out some My Quang noodles, which are a Hoi An intangible cultural heritage dish.
6:30 Walk to a grilled pork vendor on another road and learn how to eat grilled pork like the locals. The pork is served with some salad and rice paper to wrap them with.
7:00 The last point will be a Cao Lau place. Cau Lau are brown noodles that are served with pork, broth, and salad.
Finally, we will walk into the town and have a local dessert, which is called sweet bean soup.
If you would like to take a boat to put a wishing lantern in the Hoai River, our guide will help you buy a ticket.
8:00 PM: Hotel drop-off or you can choose to stay in town until later.
